Hello bkrb_157-- That PCV valve on your 1989 Dodge Grand Caravan is mounted on the rocker (valve) cover near the rear of the engine. To replace yours, follow the instructions at the following site-- http://autozone.com/servlet/UiBroker?ForwardPage=/az/cds/en_us/0900823d/80/10/bd/20/0900823d8010bd20.jsp. Good luck from Bovan.
