How do I make my dart handle more like a sports car ?

What can I do to make the car not have body roll or sway
when I corner.  I want it to corner better and be sportier and
more nimble

There are a number of things you can do. Stiffer and/or lower springs. Lower profile and wider tires will help but you will need different wheels. If the front end has torsion bars you may be able to lower the front end a bit. Heavy duty shocks will help a lot. If it does not have sway bars you may have trouble finding some but perhaps you can find ones that can be adapted.
