this is what you are looking for https://www.performanceonline.com/62-74-MOPAR-Chrysler- Dodge-Plymouth-Disc-Brake-Conversion-Kit/
Well to start, rotors, calipers, spindles, ball joints, break hoses, break line, break power assist (vacuum operated) master cylinder, and the little things like break pads, break fluid, hardware for the break lines, if I forgot anything we'll let you know...
http://m.summitracing.com/parts/cl p-6374swbk-s wound work? Just askin cuz I've been told these?
I'm not sure if disc brakes were an option on a 63' Dart. Perhaps you could adapt something from a newer model like a 65'-69'? From salvage yard parts. (Barracuda?) OR buy an aftermarket kit somewhere. Note: disc brakes require a power brake master cylinder unit too, firewall mounted.
I go with what PrideAuto suggested, you can buy a hole conversion kit with all the parts you need. I'd check out the web sight he suggested, Then you can get an idea on cost.
Ok thanks all
