73 Dodge charger what does this vin# tell me WH23P3G147686

HI AGAIN, U DID JUST TELL ME THAT THIS CHARGER CAME WITH A 400
MAGNUM MOTOR WHERE I WAS TOLD THEY NEVER PUT THAT MOTOR  IN
THAT CAR, WHAT HP DID THAT PUT OUT? AND PLEASE TELL ME WHAT
THE OTHER NUMBERS/LETTERS MEAN, LIKE THE COLOR OF THE PAINT
ETC, IS THE CAR GREEN ETC. THANK YOU

Use the link I posted to research your car. The 400 was used in 73. There were two-versions of your engine, 2 barrel and 4 barrel. In 74 the 4 barrel had 205 hp. The 2 barrel had 185.
