Can anyone tell me what the lettering was on the red lens located between the tac. and speedometer on a 1967 Charger?

I think it was for the emergency brake, little one below should be high beams

Thanks for your efforts. I have found out it said "LAMPS NOT LOCKED" and is in reference to the rolling headlights on the 66 & 67 Chargers.
