Depends what they did to refurbish the car. Some States like NJ and CA require minimum tire tread and brake pads - others like Florida do nothing. Do not expect you can spend $13000 and drive happily forever in a used Mercedes without further investment. EXPECT to spend a minimum of $1500 per year. Do not buy one with rust. Buy the best you can afford because their is nothing more expensive than a cheap MBZ.
