High fuel Consumption

Asked by Elham_MBs_1997 Dec 12, 2020 at 11:38 AM about the 1997 Mercedes-Benz C-Class

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a C 180/ 1997, everythings looks normal,
other than an error code of O2 sensor, it consumes
24L/ 100km. Could any one help me what to do?

1 Answer

Your o2 sensor is the reason it's getting less fuel mileage. When an o2 sensor goes bad it makes the fuel mixture more rich=more fuel.
