I have a Mercedes CLK 500 the horn has stopped working. I have changed the fuse and the relay. Now I have a squeaky sound coming form the horn but not the full horn. Any suggestions?

Replace it. It's dead.

Dual tone horns, 2 separate horns each with its own tone 1 high pitched, 1 low pitched, which combined gives you the usually strong sounding mercedes horn. Sounds like 1 of yours is dead. When you lift the bonnet/hood you should see the horns in the hole where the grill sat. Check the wires are still connected and in good condition before ripping anything out.
