Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 98 Volvo C70 that the air conditioner
doesn't work on it I believe the clutch is not kicking
on on the compressor is there any reason besides
a bad compressor that would cause that

Low pressure in the A/C system, faulty cycling switch, bad A/C clutch coil, bad A/C relay, broken wiring, faulty A/C switch, etc. Can you turn the center of the A/C compressor clutch manually a few turns?
