i have a 99 volvo c70 that i replaced the ignition assembly in and now it won't start. how do you get it to recognize the new ignition and keys?

This will have to be done by a dealer,the key will have to be flashed to the PCM.

I have a OTC Genysis touch screen that should be capable of doing that. Does the dealer have some special code or can I do it with that scan tool
