My 2001 VW beetle's right headlight will only work on high beam. The low beam doesn't work and it just went out randomly. What could be the cause of this and how can I fix it?

The VW headlamp has 2 separate bulbs... one for high beam and one for low, so it sounds like \the bulb for the low beam is burned out! It's an easy replacement, and the bulb only costs a few bucks! Check Youtube as there are several videos describing how-to. Good luck!
