Sounds like the control module got messed up, if you have your radio code you can try disconnecting the battery, one cable will do it, and let it sit for a while this will reset it back factory settings, then reconnect the battery cable, this may also trip the alarm so make sure you know how it turn it off before performing this procedure. otherwise it will have to go to a dealer to have the module reflashed for your vehicle.
