Rear brakes

Asked by Dec 04, 2010 at 02:47 PM about the 2002 Volkswagen Passat

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I'm changing brake pads on my '02 Passat and can not get the caliper pistons to compress.  I've fashioned a compression device from a puller, so have ample pressure, and have loosened the brake bleed fitting to relieve pressure, but still no luck.  Thoughts??
