Do you get anything when you turn the key to start? Clicking, or any noise from starter? If you get nothing at all, check the battery is charged or jump it. If still no start, recheck main fuse, starter relay, etc. If still no start check fusible links. If still no start consult a divorce attorney.

If he did that it is possible that the security system kicked in, try running the shut down procedure listed in the owners manual, hopefully what he did didn't damage the programming of the control modules, if the resetting the security system doesn't work then vehicle will need to be towed to a dealer and the programming reset. There is a tool that needs to be used that prevents damage to factory settings anytime any electrical work is to be performed.
