Pull armrest, pull all screws/bolts, use a pry bar to work loose blind plastic rivets, lift up from bottom and lift out of window channel. There will probably be a plastic film stuck to the door frame under the panel, just peel it off but don't remove the glue, it will restick when you put it back. If there are window/door controls on the armrest just reach behind panel after it's loose and disconnect harness. The only real trick is to make sure you get ALL the screws/bolts out, then feel for where the plastic rivets are and get a prybar as close to them as possible to work those loose.
