Question type: General

I have replaced the fan motor and the resister and still no fan. I have ched
all the fuses but #9 under the hood is stated to control. It shows good and
even replaced with another just double checking. When I hook a volt meter
to the wire running to the motor it runs from 7 to 11.35. STUMPED?
Anyone with any other suggestions. Also I have hooked to fan straight to a
12 volt supply and the motor(brand new) test and runs well........

Your missing a ground, meaning the blower motor is not grounding itself. Run a piece of wire from the blower motor to a ground anywhere by the blower motor. Make sure painted surfaces are cleaned down to metal so the wire can make a good contact.
