How do I turn off slow blinking emergency flashers after I've changed the battery?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Does it have some thing to do with the remote keyless thingy that I lost?

You in all honesty need the remote. You can override it by pushing your blinking led in thats behind the turnsignal stalk which will reset the system... -mike
