Squirrel cage may have come loose from the blower motor shaft.

the squirrel cage is tight, but the switch or control mounded next to the right side of the blower housing is making the clicking noise. How can I fix this annoying clicking noise?

Is it a relay making the noise ?

Take it apart I would start there.
