I have a 1999 saturn that runs fine untill it reaches operating temprature then begins bucking and jerking I cleaned the egr valve but no difference

Hi do you have any codes on your code reader could be your throttle position sensor or a oxygen sensor but if you check your cars computer should give you an idea whats wrong mostly likely?
