I just replaced the VB on my 02 Saturn to fix the hard shifting. Now I lose 1st & 2nd gear. I'm try to reteach the PCM but it doesn't seem to be working yet. Am I missing something?

You might have to open the trans up again.

That's unfortunate, but once I'd do that, what would I be looking for? Or what would I have to do?
