I drove my 2003 SAAB 9-3 ARC through a carwash with the fan blowing. Now the vehicle is shorted and the fan runs on high all the time unless I pull the Fuse. Also seems like the vent is stuck open.

Hopefully after a few days everything will dry out and it'll be ok. If not, it could be the fan relay. HTH. -Jim
