Car turns over but won't start same time power windows quit..battery good

Just bought 96 Oldsmobile 98
regacy ran fine for 2 weeks now
turns over but won't start same time
all power windows quit and driver
side power controls won't
work..lights radio all work fine so not
battery

We replaced the battery, sparkplugs and wires, fuses but still same issue cranks but won't start...power windows and seats don't work on driver side which all happen sametime ...what would no power windows or seats have in common with car not starting
