Have a look at your fuel rail along the front of the engine, it's usually black with a electrical plug on the O/S end and has the fuel pipes to the injectors running off it. It could be one or more of these pipes are leaking, the unions can rattle loose over time and dribble, same goes for the unions on top of the injectors. Also check the rubber return pipes from the injectors back to the fuel filter.
