What does restricted performance indicator mean on a Jaguar S-Type?

Indicator came on without warning or any other sign.

Usually also come on when Reserve Fuel is low

three possibility. 1.catalytic converter. 2.trottle body 3.fuel filter maniflod head gasket can give this problem also if damaged.

Ive changed computer coil packs plugs but when i hit 4000 rpm restricted performace comes on. Driving me INSANE HELP!
