There is a short you have to tack down on that circuit.

How. To track it down?

Well you need some electrical knowledge to understand circuitry. A power wire is bare or frayed or burnt and touching to ground making a short. You have not replaced the brake switch, did you? Because the brake switch itself can be shorted out. The brake light switch itself could be the short. Kinda proves it when you plug in the connector the fuse blows. I would try replacing the brake light switch. Otherwise you have to start looking at wires running to the back of the vehicle.

I replaced the brake switch. Still blowing the fuse. I've unplugged all the wiring from the back of the truck to the engine compartment and still blowing the fuse. However, upon tearing my dash apart to check for bad wires I unplugged some of the wires to see if I could keep the fuse from blowing, wich was successful, until I put a plug together that's next to the factory plugin for the towing pckg. The wires are wrapped in yellow plastic wire protection and run to the drivers side and down by the E-brake from there I'm not sure.

Well your getting it narrowed down to the area of the problem. Thats all you can do is keep looking.
