how do i diagnose a/c issue?

a/c unit stopped working suddenly, cant find blower details in owners manual
and not sure where fuse is

go to a local mechanic. most places are about $29-49 for the test. the expensive part in the hose itself and new stuff to fill it. It is worth the money to have them do it.
