2002 f350 super duty 5.4 triton
When the truck is in idle it runs fine, once its
under load if I try to give it gas it bogs down
and almost stalls, backfires a bit if I try to
force it. I can drive it and it does have a little
power each fresh start but it is steadily
getting worse. At first it was only happening
up hills and such. I've replaced fuel filter and
it is not reading any codes.
Coil pack or spark plugs??
That's what my initial thought was but its not reading any codes. I did buy plugs and a coil pack a few days ago, everyone at parts store was saying that's not it, its fuel delivery like a sending unit or pump. Gonna give that a try tomorrow though, Thanks for the advice!
Look at your waste gate actuator if you have a turbo that's what was wrong with mine
