Why is my truck not starting?
My 2004 F250 Superduty won't start. I've had my truck for 1 1/2 yrs and have never had a problem with it starting. I just had 3 of the injectors changed late week and only drove it twice since then the last time I drove it it was chugging a little (on friday) and I thought I would call the shop on Monday, but on Sunday when I went to start it, it wouildn't start. I don't know what is going on.
does the engine turn over? sounds like something they did when the injectors were put in since its only been a few days since the repair was performed.
and I assume its a 6.0L?
I know it can be tough without the vehicle but I would not try to fix anything on it. Take it back (or have it towed at the shop's expense) and let them fix whatever they messed up. It was running before they got to it wasn't it? Ask lots of questions (here on this forum if you can) before agreeing to pay any additional parts or labor. If they screwed up, they can eat the cost to make it right, if it's something they missed, they may be responsible for the parts and labor for the repair that didn't fix the concern. BTW - why did you take it to the shop in the first place?
