oil or motor?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Just home from a 250 mile trip .. about 2
miles from home I hear awful racket .. I'm
bout 20000 over due for oil change. Is it too
late to put oil in and drive to get oil change?  
Still chunks and no lights came on

You may not have any oil left in the engine. Sounds like you just learned a very expensive lesson in car maintenance. doh!
