It's not on the steering column?

Brake lights nor hazards are working. May have worded it wrong. Can't find where the fuse is to try and replace it.
B-Mark is right, it's on the steering column right behind the steering wheel on the right side...push in to turn on .. http://auto.manualsonline.com/manuals/mfg/ford/350s.html?p=2 Page 175

Thank you fordnut. That's not the fuse box I'm looking for. Its a 1994 f350 dump truck. It seems to be hidden somewhere
Hey F.N. I'm looking at a 2000 Ford Excursion Limited with the 7.3 here in the Philippines. 50000 Kilometer. What's your opinion of that vehicle. I've never had one of those. Just a real good experience with a 7.3 in a 1999 F350. Diesel is cheaper here then in the States $3.75 A gallon and it's not that low sulfur fuel like in the States. Gas on the other hand is almost$5.00 a gallon.
sorry treedoc..all I could find. When I try to get info for vehicles from the 90's...especially lesser produced ones, it gets difficult. geez I am making excuses. But all I could find. B-Mark...a Powerstroke?
