If your in the states that is what all pump gasoline is E10, your truck will run on it but there will be a noticed drop in fuel mileage, and sooner or later the fuel pump will fail if ti has never been replaced, the factory pumps don' t like the new blended fuel, adding StaBil Marine with every fill up will help to combat the effects of the E10. If you live in a farming community you still maybe able to buy non blend fuel it may cost a little more and they will only pump it into a can. HTH
