1996 dodge fuel pressure reading after engine start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

have an 1996 dodge ram 1500 5.2l 318 v8 and with key at the on position I
READ 65 PSIG at the fuel rail.
After starting the engine and thereafter the fuel pressure at the rail reads
around 115 PSIG.
Is this normal or is there a problem that I need to look at and make
corrections? Please help thank you

the fuel regulator is located at the gas tank and therefore there are no return line from fuel rail so what shall I look for or what can I do to test the regulator
