My rear main seal is leaking and now the truck is knocking, what is wrong with it?

I know the oil is low cuz there's a puddle of oil in the
driveway. And when I push on the gas that's when it
starts knocking.

you answered you own question. your rear main seal is leaking, you have low oil, and now your engine knocks. congratulations, you more than likely cooked the engine.

You may have damaged your engine by letting it get too low on oil. You have to pull the transmission to replace the rear main. Should be $500 or less at a repair shop. Fill it with oil and see if it still knocks. You may have life left on the engine. If it knocks when the oil is full you have spun one or more rod bearings and need and engine overall or a used engine put in.
