Changed water pump and t stat also flushed radiator heater core changed but heat won't go up past 150 and when I accelerate on highway cold air and temp drops what could be wrong?

Thermostat. It has been known to happen a new one being bad. Some of them are mass produced in Taiwan or Outer Mongolia, not tested before they are shipped.
