If I pour gas in throttle
body it will start and run
but won't start and run by
its self

Judging by the year it is likely that the fuel pump has went bye bye, you can try banging on the bottom of the fuel tank while someone cranks it over, if it does start then don't shut it off until you get where you want to go for repairs.
