On my 06 Ram 1500 the driver side wiper does not remove all the water right in front of my line of sight. I have replaced the blades twice and even the entire arm assembly. Any thoughts.

The windshield could have a bad depression spot in some area. Check with a metal straight ruler and try to pass a piece of paper under. If so you will need to add more pressure to the wiper arm this will increase the pressure on the wiper and will improve the situation but if the depression on the windshield is too ronounced, it will only reduce it.

It really only does it when i am traveling over 60mph. Anything else and it works fine.
As COMETGUY61 suggested there might be a slight depression in the glass. Also there could be a thin film of oil or grease on the windshield or it could be the wiper blades you purchased. Some of the wiper blades on the market are great and some are not. I get mine at Walmart and usually use the Michelin Stealth blades and they work well on my 2014 Ram.
TRY THRE RAIN X BRAND, AND I SAID YOU NEED MORE PRESSURE ON THE BLADE..

I did have one of the rain X brands on the driver side and it didn't help. i replaced the entire arm assembly thinking i had a bad spring but that didn't work. I will check the windshield to see if there is a low spot. But when just idling or driving slow there is no issue. its almost as if wind is getting under the wiper...
Wind will get under it at 60 MPH, you need a new or stronger spring to help keep the arm down in place...

I thought that was it too. So i purchased a brand new arm assembly. Tried it out today. Still not working. It is better than the old one but not good enough. Any other suggestions?
Are you using the new style blades with the single beam or the old style blades with multiple contact points. Some of the newer style tend to lift at speed. Try the old style or get a Dodge brand blade and try it.
Add those wiper arm pressure tablets - they are meant to add additional downforce to wiper arms, useful at highway speeds. Or you could buy a bottle of RainX, apply it to the windshield and not have to use the wipers in the rain. The stuff really works.
