I'm having kind of the same issues with my town and country, took it to the dealer and they couldn't figure out what it was but told me it could be the tipm(total module)something. I was told this controls all the electrical stuff but they wanted $1,800 to replace it and I didn't feel like spending that much on it would rather put that kind of money for a down payment. I watched a couple videos on youtube and it's pretty easy to do it yourself the part itself cost about 600 to 1,200 depending on where u get it. used from a salvage place it's less than 300. maybe that can help your issue
