Does the engine crank, but won't run, or won't crank at all? If it won't crank over at all and just makes a click sound when you try then it is a good possibility that the starters solenoid's contact ring or contacts themselves have been burned away, or the starter motor is burned up, either way it will need to be tested. If it cranks but won't run, then you will have to have the codes pulled to get an idea where to go with diagnostics.
