I have a 1990 Buick Riviera with around 104K miles on it, it just has some wear and tear on the inside. How much would it be worth?

That model vehicle IMO wasn't a favorite one. Buick sales failed miserably during that model. I suggest you research Kelly Blue Book-Auto Trader.
