how do i prime the carburator

I just replaced fuel pump. Was running fuel pump went out, replaced fuel pump   
and it still wont start.

I'm pretty sure you car doesn't have a carburetor. To prime to the fuel system, you turn the key on and off to get the fuel pressure up, then start the car. Do you hear the fuel pump prime now that you replaced it? It should make a buzzing noise when you turn the key. Did you replace the fuel filter too, I'd highly recommend it.
