Tail lights not working in our 1994 Buick park
avenue.

Start by checking fuses (1B & 6B) Both should be 20 Amp (Yellow fuses). Next, I would check the bulbs. Third, I would check for visible wire shorts near the rear of the vehicle. Lastly, it could be your "LCM" (Light/Lamp Control Module). I hope this helps.
