I own a 95 Riviera and the cruise control stopped working and the speed odometer does not register the correct speed. Please help

My problems resulted from a bad computer. Repalced the computer and is fine.

Usually this condition happens because their is a short directly adjacent to the bulb inthe outside turn signal bulb assembly. could be front or back.
