95 lasebre wont start,40 psi on gas line ,new cam censor ,tried working coil pac, fires when gas is put manuely into manifold

Sounds like your fuel injectors aren't spraying. HTH. - Jim

yes there is no power to the injectors , even changed the computer, still no power to the injectors , guessing a short

Trace the wires back from the injectors. Sounds like there's a break. Possibly a bad ground to effect all of them. HTH. -Jim

did that , now going to change out fuel pump to be sure of proper fuel pressure s,after checked wires noticed that 40 psi was not constant

Sounds good. It's definitely a fuel problem. Have you changed the fuel pump relay? May be intermittent. HTH. -Jim

changed the fuel pump and relay and still no start also checked harness ground, up to 500. in parts still no start

final answer is the new cam position censer was bad, lesson learned always double check even new parts... the car runs now... thank you to all that tried to help.......
