I have a 1995 buick LeSabre and when i turn on either of the turn signals, they stay on and don't blink. Any idea of how to fix this

I've had similar happen; and it usually is the "Flasher" unit. I recommend that you stop in at local parts store, tell them your symptoms; and I'll bet they will not only have the flasher for your Buick; but will also show you (with diagrams/pictures) how to locate it, unplug the old one and plug in the new one.

I looked at the fuse panel and did not find a blanket unit
