I had front struts replaced and now the ABS & Traction Off lights are lit on the dash

Could the sensors have been damaged or not plugged back in during the strut
replacement?

Absolutely. Sounds like one or more of the ABS sensors was not plugged back in when they were finishing up the repair. HTH. -Jim
