Did you put the thermostat in up side down? On second thought, maybe it's air locked.

If it get hot that fast you either have an air pocket, a badly plugged radiator or a blown head gasket, unless you did put the thermostat in backwards.

Im thinking water pump if it ran hot before you changed radiator and thermostat

But ,tinnisshoe,is all so correct,if you ran it hot,it may have damaged your head gasket from having a bad water pump.

I changed my thermostat but it still get hot so what i do next

I don't think Buicks can be saved. I have had mine running hot on and off for years. It is a wonder that it still works at all. The genius engineers put the thermostat in a lousy place to make replacements a huge job, there is no way to add a hose to flush the system, but I have also replaced radiator twice and now the thermostat. Evidently the car just wants to die.
