I have a 2003 Buick century when I turn heat
or defrost on the console says it's on but
nothing happens changed fuses can
somebody help me

This is often a vacuum problem. the system uses engine vacuum to open and close the doors that send the air to different places like the windshield, dash vents, floor. Another clue is often the cruise does not work because it also need vacuum.
