My Highlander gauges got switched to metric and I nor the dealer mechanic can figure out how to switch it back to english. Help!

Did you look in the owner's manual index?

We have looked in the manual and there is no info on how to switch it. Also called toyota and they have three people working on finding an answer. Can it be that hard?
