It could be a fuel filter, should change that out anyway, or fuel regulator, also it may be the catalytic converter getting plugged up. To determine if it is a fuel issue, then a fuel pressure test can be done to determine if it is the regulator, and on the cat, just drive it, get it warmed up good, park in a dark area and look at the cat with the engine still running. If it is plugged, it would have a orange glow to it.
