Water leak were motor and transmission meet

No water at that junction. It must be coming from somewhere else and running down to that point. could be a simple fix or something major like a blown head gasket. Any other symptoms? How quickly is it draining?

It's could be an intake gasket on the back of the head, or a freeze plug in the head, I have even seen head gaskets leak and run back and down. Pressurize the cooling system and get a mechanics mirror and start looking.
